But sometimes perception can be powerful, and we have a feeling that tonight’s game — a battle of two teams with Van Halen-esque 51-50 records — is one of those nights that will stick out. A Twins victory means a sweep, sole possession of second place in the AL Central and the possibility of moving within a game of Detroit. A loss means third place.
