Halloween: One link and two costumes

This evening is your last chance to check out the ghost trolley, which runs between Lake Harriet and Lake Calhoun from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. The spooky rides are provided by our friends at the Minnesota Transportation Museum, and its website offers a preview video and more information.
Tonight is also your last chance to show off your Halloween finery. I’ve been keeping my eyes peeled for transportation-related costumes (see Friday’s post), so I was heartened over the weekend to stumble across this joint tribute to road construction:

These folks have no worries about getting run over while trick-or-treating — you can’t miss all that orange.
