Roadguy and his colleague Boz got to pay a visit to the I-35W bridge construction site yesterday afternoon. Roadguy plans to post more shots from the casting yard at some point, but for now, here’s a photo of a very honest sign that Boz spotted on an apartment building next to the freeway (photo by Roadguy, cool circle thingy by Boz):

In unrelated news, Roadguy would like to call your attention to the Strib’s new traffic page, which aims to be more interactive (for example, you can scroll over specific points on a highway and see the speeds at which vehicles are traveling). One thing Roadguy noticed is that data for Hwy. 280 isn’t included on this map, but it is on the MnDOT traffic map. He’ll ask some of his many bosses about that, and he’ll also kindly request that they take a peek at any feedback you leave in the comments below.
