A page I’ve had on my website for sometime, and update periodically as I add new material (which occasionally requires explaining what certain terms stand for)…

I expected to find a much longer list. A few he missed:
AASHTO - American Association of State Highway Transportation Officials

TRB - Transportation Research Board

ESAL - Equivalent Single Axle Load
