Here’s a short scene from today in downtown Minneapolis, as captured by my colleague James from the Whistleblower blog:

The camera is looking southeast down S. 7th Street; the cross street is 5th Avenue S. Not sure who’s to blame, but even the folks from Traffic Control aren’t immune to the chaos on our roads.
