I watched most of the Cleveland-Boston series, including seeing Game 5 in central Ohio, and came away disappointed that the Red Sox rallied to win the pennant.

Right now I’m not feeling my excitement about watching the Red Sox and Rockies, which is probably steeped in not caring about the drama that is the Red Sox and the novelty that is Colorado. I suppose I’ll try to get a handle on how the Rockies have gone 21-1 in their last 22 games, but they started the postseason as the least interesting of all the National League teams, in my opinion, and haven’t done anything to change my mind.

Go ahead and give me some good reasons to watch … and let me know the things about the upcoming World Series that excite you, aside from the prospect of spending another week listening to Buck ‘n’ McCarver, of course
