The Twins will soon faulter far behind the White Sox due their inability to score runs against good pitching team. The not quite good enough Twins will finish only in second place if they are lucky.

Bob Costas? Just finished watching the little guy signing off from Beijing. Why is he yakking about baseball?

Oldguy - guess Livo and Liriano must be atheists! Sigh, and I was so hoping we'd seen the last of those sleeveless wonders!

What about me? I'm lighting it up with Houston now, and we're on the rise. Forget Johan and Torii...Twins starters and outfielders are doing fine. It's too bad they don't have me or my old buddy Grant Balfour to pitch the 8th inning.

"Bob Costas claims that baseball is one of the proofs for the existence of a supreme creator."

Bob Costas must be trying to justify his career choice.
Baseball is not THAT important to the human race and Bob Costas's work is not to be confused with that of Mother Theresa.
If the Supreme Creator could umpire all the games himself, maybe He wouldn't be credited with such a flawed sport.

Howard - as my mom used to say - If you don't have anything good to say - don't say anything.....been reading your Twins coverage over the past few weeks and you sound like an angry old man. As I like to say - - it's really easy to right negative, takes some brains to be insightful...

Off topic but I feel this is the best place to post this. Bob Costas claims that baseball is one of the proofs for the existence of a supreme creator. But would such a deity allow anything but white uniforms for the home teams and gray for the road teams? I think not!
