I have no idea who this woman is, but she illustrates one of the biggest trends on and off the runway. High, fluffy, big fur hats have been everywhere (including on Melania Trump). The real issue: The wearers don’t take them off, even during the shows. Perhaps it is to conceal a case of Minnesota hair.
