On this, the seventh night of fashion week, a common question to ask people is: What else have you done this week? That’s what I posed to Elaine Kwon (right) who was modeling in the Joynoelle show tonight. “Well, I was on Oprah on Monday,” she said. Whaaaat? I saw Oprah on Monday. More information please. Kwon appeared to talk about what she does to age so well. (She’s 41 and modeling and teaching piano at M.I.T..) “[Oprah] treats people well, we had manicures and pedicures and full makeovers with Ken Paves,” Kwon continued. But did she get to keep the clothes? “Yes, but I was just in a little fitness outfit: tennis shoes, a sports bra and shorts and other women were in Manolo Blahniks.”
