French designer Catherine Malandrino brought her French je ne sais quois sensibilities to fashion week. The color palette was primarily rich shades of green– artichoke, emerald, olive, and citrine. They were especially well balanced with deep midnight blues.
There were many sleeve details from dramatically draped jersey to embroidery details.
Accessories: The shoes (Malandrino’s own line) were incredible–rich velvet booties and leather with graphic pom-poms. The shoes (below) were paired with the emerald dress (above). She also launched her own line of semi-precious jewelry in the show.
