A standing ovation for Badgley Mischka

Badgley Mischka showed the strongest collection I’ve seen from them in the past few years. The ready-to-wear collection featured floppy hats and a clean mix of chiffon and houndstooth with green as the major accent color. Fur vests were my favorite.
Then came the gowns. One after the next, they were more beautiful. A black beaded top with a flowing full purple “hand-painted” skirt and a cabaret georgette dress with beaded neckline (and it was also beaded in the back) were probably my picks. A full-length, fully beaded strapless dress that started out white at the top and transitioned into silver to gold to copper to black at the bottom with feathers flitting off the bottom was breathtaking.
Now…where to wear them?
