Daily StylePointer: We still need scarves

Earlier this week, I tried to stop wearing my winter coats. In the hopes of willing spring to happen through a wardrobe protest. That tactic sure didn’t work.
So perhaps the opposite strategy will be more effective. These Tinctoria scarves ($36, from Birch Clothing) are definitely day brighteners. The vivid colors come from the plant-based dyes. The very soft scarves are hand-woven at a Thai women’s collective. They’ve also earned major style points in the April Lucky magazine on page 235.
Still not sure about an early spring scarf purchase? They’re made from cotton and are airy enough to last into the warmer weather.
