StylePointing: A fashionable gym opening
Posted on May 5th, 2008 – 2:10 PMBy Sara Glassman

From Denny Kemp to 501F1t–downtown’s newest fitness destination, conveniently located one floor up from CorePower Yoga. Founder and fitness director Phil Martens has created a bright, open, urban loft space.
For $5.01, you can try the gym and all of the classes for a week. That includes classes on the G-Werx gyms, actual equipment that Martens developed. It looks kind of like the other weight machines, but you use handweights to establish the level of resistance. Cool, right?
Hopefully with 501, we can all fit into our 501 skinny jeans. (Sorry, couldn’t resist.)
