Soon (10 a.m. on Thursday, to be exact), this gigantic barrier will be torn down to reveal a shiny new BCBG store at Galleria. It’s the first actual boutique in the Twin Cities even though there are hundreds across the country.

Now you’ll find the full line from L.A.-based designer Max Azria. That includes runway looks, handbags, accessories and shoes. Oh, the glamour.

As I’ve mentioned before, BCBG stands for “Bon Chic, Bon Genre,” which translates “good style, good attitude.” I feel the need to repeat it here because for years I didn’t realize that it stood for anything.
