I recently stopped into Design Collective to check out the latest from local designers.

There are some Voltage leftovers, including this dress ($145) by Calpurnia Peach, which, if you’ll recall, was one of my favorites. I’m a sucker for the red/pink and tan color combination. You’ll also find some of Katherine Gerdes’ eco-conscious designs. Up close, I was impressed by the detail work on the straps of this dress. The dresses start at $175.

A nice summer option? A dress by Rectangle Designs. It’s $72 for an American Apparel cotton tunic with a botanical print.
