I have been so inspired by the style of the SATC partygoers, a topic which I promise I’ll drop after this week. For a few days, at least.

In the meantime, thanks to this red dress, I decided it was time to check out the Calypso website. There’s actually a lot on sale, including this gorgeous dress in a wide array of colors from “pacific” (pictured) to mimosa (a buttery yellow).

The simple shape in shiny silk dupioni, which has fine striations through it. Perfect for a wedding or a trip to the movies, specifically that one movie that shall remain nameless, but you know what I’m talking about.
