Sorry Penn, just saw you had asked for a list in the previous thread, but Randy's is much better than my list would have been. As for the how the channels appear, on our TVs, one shows it as a period and the other uses a dash. Since our TVs are dual tuner (digital and analog), if you just push 11, it tunes in the analog channel 11. You have to use the dash/period button to get to digital 11-1. You can skip the analog channels when going up and down through the channel list, but I haven't found a way to get 11 to default to 11-1 (that could vary among manufacturers). A little annoying is that one TV puts the button on the bottom left under the "7" button and the other remote has it under the "9" on the bottom right.

Aaaaaahhhhhhhhh! Lovely, thank you.

More! More!

Do the channel numbers actually appear that way on the tube, er, rather the panel, er, screen? Is there a "point" button on the remote, like on a calculator?

Weird.

Incidentally this affects all VCR's with analogh tuners too, doesn't it? If one relies only on a broadcast signal, this time next year, what can I record "Lost" with?
