Kudos to Dave Carroll and I hope this YouTube video blows up huge. I think it would send a pretty big message to a lot of companies that consumers now have a LARGE public forum to air out grievances that may normally just get smothered out. Hopefully customer service will no longer be a thing of the past and will make a resurgence. That was quite possibly the greatest thing I have ever seen.
