		<description>If this turns out to be a large financial loss to Minneapolis taxpayers, then it seems only fair to remind voters come election time when the public officials who supported the transaction come up for re-election. The loss on this transaction could have filled the gap funding for East Phillips community center or other pressing needs for the City park system.</description>
