According to TSN, Flyers star Peter Forsberg has been traded to the Nashville Predators, meaning he’ll be sure to be in the lineup Saturday night when the Predators host the Wild in front of a soldout arena. Here is TSN’s story.

Forsberg could debut Friday night in St. Louis.

This was a big price to pay for an injury prone free agent, but if he’s healthy, he’s still a stud. This could make the NHL’s top team even stronger.

– Pascal Dupuis, wearing No. 61, just scored in his Rangers debut in the second period against Carolina by driving the net and taking a great pass from along the wall from Minnesota’s own Matt Cullen.
