El Gato, that is true. Although I do love bowling. I dunno if I could watch an entire match on TV, but I love to roll the ball. I am not sure I would call bowling a sport either though. It's more of a beer drinking hobby.

Unfortunately I find a sport where you can play two games in one day, you can be a fat old guy and still play, you spend a majority of the day chewing/spitting/scratchng your balls, a very uncompelling and very boring “sport”.

Austin, throw in drinking and you could describe bowling if you change it from scratching to wiping your balls!

Adam, there cannot be worse food offered for sale at a professional sports stadium/arena that the crap served at the Dome (except for the Famous Dave's stand). There is better served at my son's mite games at local hockey rinks. It HAS to improve at the new ballpark.

You realize That was all tongue in cheek yes?? I really am not a Hurling fan, I was just trying to drive home the point that Baseball is not fun to watch. Now, I do enjoy going to the ballpark (PNC Park is particularly nice) and having some beers. But I will never watch a basball game on TV. I also understand that the most compelling part of baseball is the batter/pitcher relationship, and how much strategery there is in batting/pitching. I also understand that baseball is a stat junkies wet dream. Unfortunately I find a sport where you can play two games in one day, you can be a fat old guy and still play, you spend a majority of the day chewing/spitting/scratchng your balls, a very uncompelling and very boring "sport".
