Is there a contingency plan for if the ‘X’ isn’t ready in time for the 24th?
sweet! Buffalo, 9/28 here I come!

Dubya seems like he’d be a pretty good playmaker, but McCain is getting a little old so maybe more of a stay-at-home defenseman.
McCain can be Yoda to Pawlenty.
From CNN: ROCHESTER, New Hampshire (CNN) – It’s VP tea leaf reading season, and a Republican source who attended a small private meeting with John McCain Tuesday in New Hampshire tells CNN that the GOP candidate dropped a serious hint about Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty.
BJs twice in 10 days????
***Door swings WIDE open***
I’ve been patient. I want to know if PMB and the Wild are talking contracts more feverishly than before and I want to know if they are talking multi-year or just one year deal.
That’s all I want to know. I don’t need to know that they are far apart. I can guess that they are.
I also want to know if the Wild has sent an initial offer to Gaborik.
Is that too much to ask?
If Gaborik wants to avoid a Hossa situation meltdown, isn’t his only choice is to sign a contract before he hits UFA?
If he is traded, it will follow him wherever he goes because that team’s media will want to know if he will sign with that team.
Sorry for that mild outburst. I don’t seem to have a lot of patience.
The weekend is fast approaching and the PMB hearing is on Monday. Arbitration papers are due on Saturday…..so time is a-ticking away.
Now back to the previously scheduled talk of RAIC or whatever.
I think sunshine needs a hug.

Only 80 days till the home opener… 80 days to many, I wish it was October.
BG, on my blog I’m counting down to pre-season since that’s sooner and makes me feel better.
63!
I don’t know how much longer we can go without hockey. A few people are already starting to lose it around here. I think I’m starting to get the shakes.
Lucky - you need the NHL network to get a fix. I took in the 3rd period of the Sabres/Islanders playoff game from 2007 this afternoon. Marc-Andre Bergeron scored a big goal on the PP to give the Isles the lead.
Apparently Bergeron was the top player in juniors and led the Isles in scoring in March.
Ha! Minnesotans clamoring for winter in July. I find that amusing.
And yeah on the NHL Network. I’ve been trying to catch the vintage games when I can. The famous 1979 Bruins-Habs game 7 was pretty cool.
Can you decipher what movie this is from:
J: My pardon; did I break thy concentration?
Continue!… Ah, but now thy tongue is still.
Allow me then to offer a response.
Describe MW to me, pray.
B: What?
J: What country dost thou hail from?
B: What?
J: How passing strange, for I have traveled far,
And never have I heard tell of this What.
What language speak they in the land of What?
B: What?
J: The Queen’s own English, base knave, dost thou speak it?
B: Aye!
J: Then hearken to my words and answer them!
Describe to me MW!
B: What?
J presses his knife to B’s throat
J: Speak ‘What’ again! Thou cur, cry ‘What’ again!
I dare thee utter ‘What’ again but once!
I dare thee twice and spit upon thy name!
Now, paint for me a portraiture in words,
If thou hast any in thy head but ‘What’,
of MW!
B: He is dark.
J: Aye, and what more?
B: His head is shaven bald.
J: Has he the semblance of a harlot?
B: What?
J strikes and B cries out
J: Has he the semblance of a harlot?
B: Nay!
J: Then why didst thou attempt to bed him thus?
B: I did not!
J: Aye, thou didst! O, aye, thou didst!
Thou hoped to rape him like a chattel whore,
And sooth, Lord W is displeased to bed
With anyone but she to whom he wed.
Pulp Fiction.
Do you think Russo posted a new thread to stop all of the 1337-ing? I would have if I were him.
