I get that. I'm sure if I moved to Minnesota, I'd think you mid-westerners were all a little whacked in the head. Home is home and everywhere else is ... not home.

Ms. C- You are more than welcome. I will ask some people if they have heard anything about Foster, see if I can scrounge anything up.

As for hating on the south... it's all in good fun. We love our backwards little cousins down there at the bad end of I-35.

The only time I was there, in Dallas, I liked when all the women called me sugar, or darlin'... but I was 20 and a raging hormone...

Good story though... guy comes up in a Mongolian Grill line, asks if I am from Cananda (because my shirt said Canada on it). I say, no, MN. He says, ah, close enough, it's just a suburb. I said oh... you must be from Mexico. He said (bluntly), No, Texas. To which I of course responded... just a suburb.

I thought I was going to die.

Also liked the fact the the Texas Book Depository Building had a no guns sign on the door. Guess it was just a little late...

Ms.coduct, I apologize (sort of) if I offend you, but man, Texas is no where near as awesome as Minnesota. And I say that having lived in both states. For one thing, I get ma'am-ed here way too often. I'm not old enough to be ma'am-ed!!
