Two players on the roster who played college hockey in CO, and another born in Littleton. Minny has only three Americans listed only one of which is from the state of hockey. I guess too many "hockey mom's" are building their foreign policy skills in the PTA rather then getting their kids to the tournaments with the scouts watching. The North Stars used to have home-grown talent on the roster, just like the gophers.
