Gaboriks 08 Salary ~6.5 Million Assuming Gaborik eats and sleeps hockey 24/7 he earnes $742/hour or $17,808/day 365 days a year. Now I do not want to comment on Gaboriks commitment to his chosen sport or his health, so let's just focus on the Hockey season. 6.5 million/88games=$73,863/game Averages 20 min TOI/game =3693/minute of shift time. But that's not fair because he is there the whole time sitting on those hard benches so... $73,863/60 minute game = $1231/minute. Either way, $73,863 / 18,568 fans = $3.97 per fan per game for the gabman. I have attended 5 home games this year @ $3.97 = $19.85 from your truly. Gabby, I want my $20 back.
