I don't think that North to South idea would eliminate the complaint, but rather it would result in everyone complaining instead of just West teams. As for Saku, he's said he would consider playing in MN, as it might be nice to end his career playing with his brother, but I can't think of a scenario where he's getting traded in a Gaborik deal.
