Glad we didn't add anyone lame like Modano, Roenick, (insert other old guy here). We have a solid oldy-but-goody in Nolan. Let's not make the Wild into the MN Twins who consistently pick up guys trying to prove to themselves and everyone else they can still play. Even if the Wild don't have to pay a lot to get this type of has-been player, it's not worth it. Someone already pointed out the vicious circle it creates. And, you need look no further than the last 4-5 years with what the Twins have done to know that it doesn't work. Unfortunately, the topic will not die until some people wise up. Continue...
