While the Wolves play the Spurs in San Antonio tonight, the NCAA tournament games continue, and so does the scouting for this summer’s NBA draft.

Miami president/coach Pat Riley is back out on the road scouting today and Saturday rather than coaching.

“I don’t know if there’s a Tim Duncan in there,” he said of this year’s draft class. “But there’s a lot of very, very good players and they’re not just the people who are projected to be in the first five.”

Riley already has seen all the top prospects. Now, if possible, he’d like to see them face each other.

“The games are getting bigger,” he said. “The ones that I like are starting to play against each other, which is good. If that happens, then that’s the matchup you want to see.”

Riley coached Thursday’s gmae in Detroit, planned to scout NCAA games today and Saturday and might miss Sunday’s game in Boston.

“If I have to miss ‘em, I’ll miss ‘em,” he said. “I don’t want to. I will try to get back. I will try to squeeze everything in Friday and Saturday if I can.”
