Miller, Martin out

The Wolves will go without Mike Miller for the fourth consecutive game because of that sprained ankle and Kenyon Martin won’t go for the Nuggets tonight in Denver because of a sprained wrist that caused him to miss Saturday’s game against Sacramento.
Kevin McHale will start the same five he started last night: Foye, McCants, Gomes, Smith, Jefferson. Renaldo Balkman will start in Martin’s spot for Denver.
This is the fifth time these teams have played already this season: Twice in the preseason, now three times in the regular season. This also is the Wolves’ third game in Denver since Oct. 10.
