Trade not finalized Saturday, Williams and Brown out tonight

New Timberwolves Shelden Williams and Bobby Brown didn’t practice with the Wolves Saturday because the Sacramento Kings hadn’t yet examined Rashad McCants and Calvin Booth, so Kevin McHale said neither would be ready for action tonight against the Lakers at Target Center.

McHale said he still expected the trade to go through. The Kings being on the road delayed the physical exams required to complete the deal.
