In our continuing effort to keep Jerry Zgoda on hiatus, we bring you this bit of Wolves news: The Sports Business Journal is reporting that Wolves rookie Jonny Flynn, the No. 6 pick in the NBA draft, is close to agreeing to a deal to endorse Nike. According to the SBJ, Nike has targeted a handful of high-profile players selected in last month’s draft. The company is close to shoe deals with Top-10 picks Blake Griffin (Clippers), James Harden (Thunder) and Stephen Curry (Warriors), SBJ reports.
