Kurt Rambis has adjusted the starting lineup slightly tonight from Sunday’s preseason opener: This time, he has moved Corey Brewer from guard to small forward and insert Sasha Pavlovic in the backcourt next to Jonny Flynn while Ryan Gomes take a seat to start the game.

Rambis again, on the advice of trainer Greg Farnam, will limit the minutes of Al Jefferson and Corey Brewer.

Rambis plans to increase Jefferson’s minutes a bit from the 16 he played Sunday, but again won’t play him in the second half.

Brewer is expected to play into the third quarter after just playing one half against the Bucks.

Chris Bosh’s minutes will be limited, too, because of a strained hamstring that kept him out of the Raptors’ first two preseason games.
